The Patient Services team is available from 08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday to help make appointments, take messages and requests for home visits and deal with general enquiries. They deal with written requests for repeat prescriptions, incoming mail, medical records and data entry. They ensure that the surgeries run smoothly and will answer your questions in confidence.
The Surgery is usually more busy in the mornings, so if you have a query which is not urgent (for example to find out if a letter has been received or sent) you may find it easier to get things sorted out in the afternoons.
Our Patient Services team members are Karen, Val, Sam, Camelia, Josh and Marina who is the Deputy Practice Manager.
