Dr Leaver & Partners

The Practice is a member of Oxford Central Primary Care Network (PCN) and works together with 28 Beaumont Street, 27 Beaumont Street, King Edward Street and Observatory Medical Practice to deliver services to patients across the nework. This includes Covid-19 vaccinations and physiotherapy and pharmacy servcies.

Registration

It is quick and easy to register with a GP using our simple online GP registration form. Whether you are new to the area or have never registered with a GP practice before, there is usually no need to come to the practice to complete your registration and no proof of address is required.

We are a local GP Practice and have a catchment area for home visiting purposes.

Meet our Team

We have 3 GP Partners, 4 Salaried GPs and a team of Practice Nurses and Phlebotomists 

The Reception Team look after patients, their appointments, prescriptions and all the stuff that flies around - a massive amount of administration involved in running a busy, practice.

Disabled Access

The Health Centre is located entirely on the ground floor and the automatic external and internal doors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

Doctors in Training and Medical Students

Please note that we do have qualified doctors who are in training in the Practice.  We also have medical students from time to time.  They receive supervision from a qualified GP whilst at the Practice.

GP Patient Survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
