I am extremely grateful that I have a doctor who is an excellent and careful doctor, - both with regard to my physical and my mental well-being. I cope much better; I feel heard and my doctor gives me very helpful feedback. As far as my physical problems go, I feel safe and that if I bring up a worry, it will be addressed appropriately and quickly if it needs to be. I feel safe on every level with my doctor.

Not just 'very good' : 'outstanding', 'exemplary', as has always been the case in my long experience as a patient at this Jericho practice, dating back to at least 1978. ALL the GPs that have seen me down the years demonstrate the best characteristics of medicine as an art and a science: thoughtful, careful, observant -- not jumping to conclusions-- unfailingly responsive, kind, humanly sensitive. (I have NEVER been made to feel silly or time-wasting, even when I probably have been so.) There's valuable, effective, continuity, and good communications. All this is still the case, and perhaps even more remarkably so given the considerable difficulties imposed on General Practice these days from without. One never experiences the punishing long waits for a consultation that seem routine in so many other places. Receptionists are welcoming; barbed-wire-free. The phlebotomist [SS], 20 years at JHS --that tells one something--, is ace at every aspect of her job. MUCH credit for what I am decribing must surely be due to an experienced Practice Manager, too, showing that good administration doesn't HAVE to run athwart good care for those administered. My recent consultations with Dr V are entirely part of this picture. I remain ongoingly immensely grateful.

I have recently registered with Dr Leaver and Partners and I can't believe how fast and efficient doctors are at this surgery. Dr Marcus Evans is brilliant and was happy to listen to my concerns. I was able to secure an appointment quickly, and to coincide with my prescheduled blood test appointment. The nurse who did the blood test was very friendly and the doctor was very attentive. When the blood test results came, I recieved a personal message from the doctor about the results and the next steps. This was all very reasuring and I could not have asked for more.

Had an incredibly smooth blood test / phlebotomy experience with Stacy who made me feel very at ease and came across very compassionately before delivering the most subtle blood test I've ever had; the procedure was wrapped up in a matter of minutes and was done to the highest standard of care and excellence - for anyone who gets nervous with needles you've got to request Stacy!

Reception staff are always very friendly and helpful, never need to wait long to speak to someone. Have never needed to wait long for an appointment. All of the clinicians I have had appointments with have been great - phlebotomist was really friendly and professional, GPs always been helpful and I've felt listened to - particularly Dr Leaver who has gone above and beyond to give me time and solutions.
