What is the PHQ-9 & GAD-7 Questionnaire?

  • It is intended to measure and assess your Mental Health.

What does it involve?

  • There are 2 sections.
    • Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9)
    • Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7)
  • Once you have scored each question the values are added together to give an indication of the severity of your symptoms.
